Do you suffer from arthritis, joint pain, balance problems or had a recent joint replacement, you may want to learn how to move and function better. A Medical Exercise Specialist helps manage medical conditions, specialized to each person's need and condition.


The goal is to:
increase your strength, mobility and agility
have better balance and stability
increase muscle mass
improve your posture
have more energy
reduce blood pressure
decrease pain

– all while improving your over all quality of life! 

Classes or 1-on-1 Training to help your body move, groove, stay strong, flexible, stretchy and healthy...

> Live Zoom Exercise Classes 3x week for people in their 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's and even 90's!

By using and applying the knowledge of Medical Exercise Training to each class or exercise session; your body is gently challenged to take you beyond where you thought you might be able to go. Every "body" has issues ... when we take that into consideration and work with it, instead of against it ... miracles happen.  

** these classes and training sessions are for anyone with replaced joints, arthritis, back issues, joint issues, feeling stiff, sore or creaky.

Mondays: Full body 45 mins

Wednesdays: Floor + core 60 mins

Fridays: Knees + Hips 45 mins

$10 per class ... sign up for 1x, 2x or 3x a week ... pay monthly

All classes start at 10am PST
