Art is for everybody! We are all born creative and humans have been doing it since the beginning of time. Being creative allows us to share our ideas, our imagination and our feelings. But sometimes we don't think we are creative, an artist or painter.
Intuitive Painting is a great way to get out of our heads and into our hearts, allowing the creativity to flow through us. It is about relaxing and letting go of expectations and judgement. It isn't about knowing "how" to paint or doing it a "specific" way. But rather giving ourselves permission to play, to have fun, to explore different concepts, ideas, tools and techniques. Guided meditation is used to help release any limiting beliefs that might show up ... and then we have creative, messy fun!!

Intuitive Paint Nights or Events
These are fun evenings or private events to get the creative juices flowing. We start with a guided meditation, allowing you to drop, release and/or let go of any limiting beliefs you might have about being there … being creative, a painter, an artist … and then we let the creativity, fun and magic happen. Each event has a different theme to delve into. No experience required. Must be willing to get messy and have some fun!
