January — Speak Your New Beginnings (#1 - Throat Chakra)
We begin the year in the Throat Chakra, the gateway of truth and authentic expression. January invites you to clear your voice, strengthen your confidence, and speak your intentions into being; learning to trust yourself, and allowing your inner truth to be seen and heard — on the canvas and in your life.
February — Awaken Your Inner Vision (#2 - Third Eye Chakra)
February moves into the Third Eye, where balance meets intuition. This month is about seeing more clearly — within yourself and in your relationships. Through colour, symbol, and feeling, you’ll awaken your inner vision, strengthen intuitive trust, and explore the harmony between logic and light, self and other.
March — Open to Divine Guidance (#3 - Crown Chakra)
In March we rise into the Crown Chakra, opening to higher guidance, inspiration, and universal flow. Creativity expands beyond the mind and into spirit. This month is about receiving, trusting what moves through you, and allowing your art to become a conversation between you and the infinite.
April — Full Chakra Integration: Ground Heaven into Earth (#4)
We complete the journey by returning to grounding and full-chakra integration. April brings everything from throat to crown down into the body, the earth, and your real everyday life. Here, your visions become rooted, your healing becomes embodied, and your wholeness is anchored in form. You don’t just feel connected — you live it.

Each Sunday circle can stand on its own, or be a part of the whole. You get to choose what feels right for you! We will welcome the month, the energy, the theme & paint from that place. Each circle you will get the opportunity to release from the chakra &/or the negative aspect of the months number through guided meditation.
