By using and applying the knowledge of Medical Exercise Training to each class; your body is gently challenged to take you beyond where you thought you might be able to go. These classes are a fun way to get fit safely with a great group of people. From my living room to yours!
** these classes are okay for anyone with replaced joints, arthritis, back issues, joint issues, feeling stiff, sore or creaky.
Mondays: Full body 45 mins
Wednesdays: Knees + Hips 45 mins
Fridays: Floor + core 60 mins
$10 per class ... sign up for 1x, 2x or 3x a week ... pay monthly
All classes start at 10am PST

Every body has issues, and when we take that into consideration and work with it, instead of against it, miracles happen. Using protocol based programs, I am able to asses and progress you through a variety of exercises and movements to achieve your personal, health and fitness goals. We can do this by meeting every week, every other week or once a month.
** for those who are open to it, I include energy balancing at the beginning of each session and/or energy healing when needed, and manual stretching at the end. [only available for in-person sessions]
