Online Movement Classes :
45 mins, 3x week, all levels welcome, 10am PST, $12 a class
Monday: Full Body Strength | Wednesdays: Upper Body or Floor & Core | Fridays: Knees & Hips
Gentle enough for those with joint replacements, arthritis, joint issues, back issues, feeling stiff or sore

1. You can sign up for 1 class a week, 2 or 3 ... If you miss a class, you are welcome to make it up in another class, but not transferrable to another month.
2. You pay monthly depending on your schedule and availability. Once you sign up I send out monthly emails letting you know how many classes there are a month and if there aren't any. [ie. I don't exercise on christmas day for example ... or if I go on holiday]
3. Once you sign up, as a bonus you get access to my pre-recorded videos to do any time you wish!
