I’m known for creating spaces where women feel seen, safe, and supported as they navigate change. My approach is intuitive, down-to-earth, and deeply human — helping you trust yourself, express more fully, and create a life aligned with who you are now becoming.
I work with women 1-on-1 who are seeking support, clarity, healing, creativity, or guidance through a new chapter of life.
Sessions are personalized and may include movement, intuitive healing, nervous system support, creative mentorship, visual storytelling, or simply space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself more deeply.
We may work together in person or over Zoom, depending on what feels most supportive.
